REVISED: 1st Fabricate 20/1, 2nd Dark Red 12/1, 3rd Khairaat 7/1, 4th Uae Prince 6/1
The Scout tipped: Uae Prince
Noble Gift made the early running with Abdon not far off but Uae Prince and Khairaat were well out the back. Garcia moved up with a furlong and a half to go but it was Dark Red who clung on by a head from Fabricate. Uae Prince looked to have the pace in the closing stages but got boxed in and could only finish fourth.
However, after a stewards’ inquiry the royal runner Fabricate was adjudged to have been bumped by Dark Red and was awarded the win.
